    Within a rapidly growing group, in a sector of activity with an environmental mission that encourages talent, Energy Pool is recruiting a local, permanent contract for a Middle-East North Africa Director to ensure the development of the company.

    In the framework of the delegated missions granted to him/her by the Executive Committee (ExCom), the MENA Director is responsible for:

    • Defining the medium and long-term strategy and roadmap for the development of the region and its countries, aligning them with the ambitions of Energy Pool,

    • Managing relationships with stakeholders in the territory,

    • Preparing and implementing the countries commercial development in the territory,

    • Business development & Product Commercialization, Business and Operations,

    • Managing teams within his/her scope.

    He/She will act with the active support of the International Development team located in Savoie (France).


    The indispensable:

    • You come from an engineering or business school with a strong appetite for technical/complex and commercial subjects

    • You are familiar with the energy sector and/or industry

    • You have a significant financial culture

    • You have at least 15 years of experience in managing complex activities with Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility and team management

    • You are bilingual in English and Arabic, you have a professional level of French (C1).


    And ideally:

    • You have experience in the energy sector and the decarbonization of processes,

    • You know the major energy players as well as the stakeholders (political, regulatory, etc.).

    Mobility: Travels will be frequent.
